Psychedelic Integration Therapy
Making Sense of Transformative Experiences
Psychedelic experiences can be deeply meaningful, offering insight, healing, and expanded awareness. However, they may also surface difficult emotions, unresolved trauma, or existential questions. Psychedelic integration therapy helps you process these experiences—whether they were illuminating, confusing, or overwhelming—so that you can apply what you've learned to your daily life in a grounded and meaningful way.
My work is rooted in a harm reduction framework and ethical, research-informed practices. I do not provide psychedelic substances or refer clients to underground guides. I offer psychedelic integration therapy for individuals who have engaged with psychedelic medicines in clinical trials, licensed treatment centers, ceremonial settings, or personal explorations.
This may involve:
Preparation: Setting intentions, exploring concerns, and ensuring emotional and psychological safety.
Integration: Processing insights, working through emotional material, and applying new understandings to your relationships, sense of self, and daily life for lasting change.
If your psychedelic experience left you with lingering emotions, questions, or new perspectives, I offer a space to process them with care and curiosity. My approach is informed by psychodynamic, somatic, and parts-work perspectives, helping you integrate your experiences in a way that fosters long-term healing and personal growth.
I am currently a lead therapist for a Phase 3 clinical trial using psilocybin for treatment-resistant depression, and have trained with MAPS to provide MDMA-assisted therapy for adults with PTSD.
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) is a legal, evidence-based treatment that has shown promising results for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, and other mental health conditions. When combined with therapy, ketamine can help create new perspectives, emotional breakthroughs, and relief from chronic patterns of distress.
I offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in partnership with a licensed medical provider who oversees the medical aspects of treatment. This includes:
Medical screening and eligibility determination
Prescription and dosing guidance
Ongoing monitoring of treatment progress
As your therapist, I provide the psychotherapy portion of the experience, which includes preparation, guided in-person support during administration sessions, and integration. If you’re considering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, I’d be happy to discuss whether this approach is right for you.
